پروتئین شمارهٔ ۷ متصل به گیرندهٔ فاکتور رشد (انگلیسی: Growth factor receptor-bound protein 7) که با نام اختصاری «GRB7» شناخته می‌شود، پروتئینی است که در انسان توسط ژن «GRB7» کد می‌شود. این ژن بر روی بازوی باندِ کروموزوم ۱۷ قرار دارد.

این پروتئین متعلق یه خانوادهٔ کوچک «پروتئین‌های تعدیل‌کننده» است که با برخی ملکول‌های پیام‌ده و تیروزین کینازهای گیرنده‌ای واکنش نشان می‌دهند.

بیش‌فعالی این ژن با بروز برخی انواع سرطان بیضه، سرطان پستان، سرطان معده و سرطان مری در ارتباط است.
