پروتئین شمارهٔ ۲ متصل به گیرندهٔ فاکتور رشد (انگلیسی: Growth factor receptor-bound protein 2) که بهاختصار «Grb2» نامیده میشود، یک پروتئین وفقدهنده ترارسانی پیام است که در فرایند ترارسانی پیام/ارتباطات سلولی دخالت دارد. در انسان، این پروتئین توسط ژن «GRB2» کدگذاری میشود.
پروتئینی که توسط ژن «GRB2» ساخته میشود به گیرندههایی چون گیرنده فاکتور رشد اپیدرمی اتصال مییابد.
تخریب این ژن در موشهای آزمایشگاهی باعث شد تا رویان آنها در مراحل اولیهٔ تشکیل از بین بروند.
